SHOM Yoga and Wellbeing is about reviving, restoring and nourishing, so that we live the life we want to live and continue to find the very best in ourselves.
I share the Sattva Integrated teachings - a holistic and deeply transformative ever evolving practice, rooted in the Vedantic and Tantric traditions of the Himalayas.
Through our wellbeing we can regularly monitor ‘how we are doing’ as individuals and a community.
Wherever you are emotionally and physically my aim is to elevate you so you maintain a comfortable, healthy, productive and happy life.
SHOM Yoga
Sattva means whole and Yoga means union, and so the practices are about opening and connecting the mind body and spirit to the sheer brilliance of life. Through Pranayama (breath), Hatha Asana Vinyassa (postures), Meditation (wisdom that arises in stillness), Kriya (energetic body), mantras (chants) and mudras (hand gestures) it is possible to shift and master energy, enliven all energetic levels of the body and reconnect with our true selves.
Because of the deeply transformative aspects of the teachings, the Sattva ancient and modern practices go beyond the yoga mat and infuses all areas and aspects of life.
